Minted about the 3rd year of Hijri when the Battle of Uhud took place and the Holy Prophet’s uncle, Hamzah (r.a) was martyred, and this also the year when the first grandson of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), al-Hasan bin Ali (r.a) was born.
